MAPHILINDO INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD is one of the first local adjusters to establish an office in Malaysia. The company was formed by Mr. Richard Lee and commenced operation in 1967 under the name of Maphilindo Adjusters & Investigators Sdn Bhd. Richard has since expanded the business to its present size where a total of 9 network- linked offices are located throughout Malaysia with a work force of 190. Our adjusters consists of graduates and professionals of multi-disciplinary background and skills, amongst whom are 3 chartered loss adjusters, 30 engineers, 6 LLB's, 5 accounting graduates, 2 risk management graduates, and a large number of insurance qualified or graduates of other disciplines including information technology (IT).

Maphilindo International Sdn Bhd is highly regarded by the local insurance industry for its high standards of loss adjusting services, integrity, education and training. We are committed to the implementation of the Government's New Development Policy. We seek to maintain the highest industry standards in keeping with our corporate philosophy of "Raising Standards."

We also recognize that it is imperative to provide a service to the parties we are dealing with and service standards are imposed and monitored for compliance.

Our adjusters, many of whom hold both insurance industry, tertiary and other professional qualifications are known throughout the country for the professional know-how, skill and diligence. Superb service is the hallmark of Maphilindo International.
