Naza's new deal with GM

The Naza Group of companies has signed a memorandum of undertanding (MOU) with General Motors (GM) Thailand to distribute Chevrolet cars and parts in Malaysia.

The MOU was signed recently by Naza Group's joint executive chairman SM Faisal SM Nasimuddin and General Motors Southeast Asia Operations and Chevrolet Sales (Thailand) Ltd president Steve Carlisle.

Chevrolet cars were previously imported and distributed in Malaysia by DRB-HICOM Bhd. The company ended its joint-venture with the US-based GM last week.
