We are the appointed approved repairer under the Persatuan Insuran Am Malaysia (PIAM) Approved Repairer’s Scheme and a member of the Federal Territory and Selangor Automobile Repairers’ Association. Our workshop is situated in a light industrial zone known as Taman Perindustrian Batu Tiga, Shah Alam next to Jalan Glenmarie and Jalan Sg Buloh. Occupying the corner lot and approximately 10,000 sq feet of industrial building at that area, our workshop currently has 11 skilled personnel to handle a range of services provided by us, which include Minor and Major Car Servicing and Repairing, Air/Conditioning Servicing, Wheel Alignment and Wheel Balancing, accident vehicles repair, panel beating, spray painting, electrical wiring and so on.
Serving multiple needs, Autopex Car Care Sdn Bhd has an assembly of mechanical equipments, which include Workshop 2000 Computer Billing System, Alignment Machine, On Wheel Balancer, Off Wheel Balancer, Engine Tuning Machine, 4 Gas Analyzer, Engine Diagnosis Scan Tool, Scissors Lift, Two Post Lift, Air Compressor, Lubricants System, Spray Painting Oven, MIG Welding Machine, Spot Welder and Celette “System MZ” – exclusive car’s jig repair system from France. This Celette jig repair system is undoubtedly the most accurate collision repair tool in the market and most importantly it has been approved and recommended by Mercedes Benz, BMWS, Toyota, Audi, Nissan, Honda, Porsche, Renault and other European and Japanese car manufacturers.
In this jig repair system, the car is placed on the bench with its exclusive jigs, positive reference points are provided in length, width and height to eliminate guesswork and errors. This guarantees that not only the checking point is exactly in place, but that the entire section is geometrically correct. If a point on the vehicle is not in its correct position, the deformation becomes immediately visible. Simple pulls line up points on the vehicle to the jigs.
