C.M.S Auto Enterprise  was a sole proprietor established sice November 1995, engaged in mudguard & spray painting works. We subsequently registered with Registered of companies under CMS CARS EXPRESS SDN BHD  with effective from January 2005.

Throughout the years, CMS Car Express Sdn BHD has performed repairing works for damaged and accident automotives. As a member registered under PIAM Approved Repirers Scheme (PARS), CMS is involved in managing Insurance Claims.

Mr. Chong Ming Siong is an experienced repairer, majoring  in engine parts of motor vehicles, mudguard & spray painting works. He started his working career in this field at the tender age of 20 till then he gained vast experienceds over the years.

He is a very dedicated, hardworking and committed person, not only to his business daily operations butalso in Skills Workers Development as well. Meanwhile, his experiences for almost 20years  has led him to the expansion of his business.

In the years of accumulating experience and gaining knowledge in this field, Mr. Chong is capable of leading a team of well honed and experienced personnel to manage the workshop.

In order to meet his achievable goals, Mr. Chong has obtained a Certificate in the Bodyshop Management Programme and also attended the E-Claims Repirer Training Programme in 2001.

He also an Approved Repirer under the PIAM Approved Repirers Scheme (PARS) and CMS Car Express Sdn Bhd has been appointed as Kurnia’s Panel Workshop and MSIG’s Panel Workshop since 2004 and August 2006 respectively.

Mr. Chong had also been awarded the following certificate:

1) Diploma in Vehicle Body and Paint   Operations (The Institue of The Motor Industry);

2) Skill certificate in Helath and Safety (City & Guilds)

Nevertheless, he is also a life member of the Federal Territory & Selangor Automobile Repairers Association since 2004.
