Kum Onn Workshop Sdn Bhd was found on 1 March 1975 by Mr Kum Onn. Our company possesses over 25 years of experience in this industry. Therefore, we believe that we are able to provide professional and quality services to all our customers. We possess adequate tools and equipment for different types of vehicle repairing jobs. For instance, we have spray oven, collision repair system (Car O Liner), Rotating Engine stand, body straightener and so on.

We installed three main electronic claims systems that are linked to the Motordata Research Consortium (MRC) centralized database for motor repairs estimation to comply with the directive of Bank Negara Malaysia. These electronic systems assist us to manage the claims process effectively and efficiently.

Our company possesses highly experienced staff and skillful workmen to operate the equipment and manage the electronic claims systems. For instance we have sent out staffs to attend the training course on those three main estimating claims system and successfully completed the training. Besides, our managers have successfully achieved the Certificate of Vehicle Collision Repair from Majlis Latihan Vokasional Kebangsaan Malaysia (MLVK). We also employ workmen with adequate experience in providing services of welding, panel beating, body repair, spray painting, engine service and repair, general overhaul, electric wiring and so forth.

We are PIAM authorized workshop and also authorized Panel Workshops of several Insurance Companies such as ACE Synergy Insurance Bhd, AmAssurance Berhad, Asia Insurance (M) Bhd, Aviva Insurance Bhd, American Home Assurance Company, Kurnia Insurans Bhd, Mayban General Assurance Bhd, MUI Continental Insurance Bhd, RHB Insurance Bhd, Tokio Marine Insurans (M) Bhd, MCIS Zurich Insurance Bhd and so on.

We have at least ten years working experience with insurance companies.
