Wargacorp Sdn Bhd (Warga) is a private limited company domiciled locally and it is a franchise service dealer and collision repair of EON. It has grown from small beginnings, its name being synonymous with quality and a leader in the service and collision repair industry. The growth of the company has a direct correlation to the changes within the automotive industry. Warga have invested heavily in staff training and the purchase of the equipment and technology required to return a vehicle back to manufacturers specifications. This is due to modern vehicles now being designed to absorb the impact ofa collision through crushing points, quality warranties on paint finishes and engine management systems that control multiple functions of a vehicle operation including braking, airbag deployment and seatbelts controlled by explosive charges. Warga, modern repair facility boasts comfortable customer reception areas and the use of the latest computer technologies in estimating, colour matching and digital imaging, having a spacious workshop with off street parking and a staff of 19 has allowed the company to tailor vehicle repair schedules to suit customer requirements.This allows vehicles to be repaired quickly and efficiently with as little disruption to clients as possible. The management believes healthiness of the company is highly dependent on customer satisfaction and retention. The location is free from access disruptions, ie free of floods. Access is easy via well build roads and available throughout the whole year. The location is less than a kilometer from three major lane highways and situated near easily identifiable and well known landmarks. Access by customers and tow trucks is easy and assured. Customers can always contact ourofficers for direction, assistance and service appointment. In order to avoid unnecessary waiting, customers are encouraged to call in advance for appointment, especially weekends and festival periods.

MANAGEMENT AND STAFF
The management of the company has more than twenty five years of experience in the car repairs sector. The company has employed knowledgeable, skilled, enthusiastic and well trained staff in order to ensure each task can be carried out efficiently and to ensure our staff is capable of using the tools and equipments. The company believes in national objectives and actively trains bumiputra workers. Skilled supervisor manages every project stage by stage. Discussion with the manager on proper approach and the technique required prior to any repair is carried out. A final approval will be obtained from our full time executive director to ensure that the final product meets the requirements of the customers. All this means we tackle virtually any job, from a minor service to a complete restoration – every nut and bolt. Each car will be returned after a complimentary clean inside out, repaired to its original condition. A complimentary bottle of touch up will also be left in your car for those inevitable stone chips.

MANAGEMENT OFFICE
We have a waiting area for customers who are waiting for their vehicle to be repaired or serviced. Refreshments, magazines, newspapers are prepared to fill the customer’s spare time here with us. The customer meets with the customer service representative to discuss the repair process. The customer service representative interfaces with the customer. The customer is given a tour of the shop by the representative and updates them with the progress of the repair with emails and mobile smses. Customer’s satisfaction is top of our list.
