Malaysia’s Covid-19 cases

Malaysia continued to see an uptick in new Covid-19 infections with 3,270 cases over the past 24 hours compared to 2,842 cases yesterday.

In a Twitter post, Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the country’s cumulative Covid-19 cases now number 2,773,156 since the pandemic began two years ago. “From the 3,270 cases today, 3,018 cases reported locally involved 2,916 Malaysians and 102 foreigners

 “While the remaining 252 cases were imported involving 222 Malaysian and 30 foreigners,” he said in a statement.
