Our workshop was first established in November 1990 as Ken Chong Auto Works situated at Mile 5 ½ Jalan Tuaran, Inanam.

In June 1994, our name was changed to KC Motors.

However on 1st September 1996 due to rapid expansion coupled with our objective to provide better and quality services through a One Stop Insurance Accident Vehicle Repair Workshop to all motor insurance and our customers,  we moved once again and this time to our own modern workshop building located at Mile 9, Jalan Tuaran, Menggatal.

We have not looked back ever since and to reflect our position as one of the most well established accident vehicle repair workshops in Sabah, we are incorporated as private limited company under the Companies Act 1965 on 9th December 1995, hence we are known as

Hypermax Auto Works Sdn Bhd.

Mr Chong Ah Kow who is the Managing Director has more than 18 years hands on experience in the accident vehicle repair and workshop trade. With the extensive experience gained from the repair of all types of accident vehicles over the years, we are able to offer the best services better than our peers. Our workshop which is a new and modern building on steel columns occupies an area of 17,220 square feet and we are one of the most modern and biggest workshops in Kota Kinabalu.
