In 1981, Bengkel Automas Servis was registered as a partnership. Its main activities were general servicing and maintenance of motor vehicles. In 1982, the company diversified to
include vehicle insurance accident claims under the name of Syarikat Motor Jempol Workshop. It was later incorporated as a private limited company known as Motor Jempol Sdn Bhd in 1987 comprising the same founding partners, who are also
the directors of the company, namely :

i. Chen Kowi
ii. Chen Soo Pin
iii. Chen Kwee Sang
iv. Pani Choo @ Chen Poi Choo

The company has an authorized capital of RM250,000.00 with a paid up capital of RM160,000.00 The workshop and office is situated at Batu 1 ½, Jalan Kuala Pilah, Bahau,
Negeri Sembilan. The whole workshop and office building is located in the center of the 2 acre piece of land owned by the company. The total build-up area of the workshop and office is approximately 40,000 square feet.
